Create Balloon Displays Without Glue
We've all been there ... for whatever reason (and there are many), the glue isn't sticking to your balloons or your supplier has run out of your preferred brand of sticky tabs.
What are you going to do?
In situations like this it's good to have alternative techniques that you can call upon.
So, in my tutorial this week, I'm sharing with you some of the techniques I use to create the large marquee balloon displays or balloon number bouquets without using any glue or sticky stuff of any kind.
