Q.  Can I download and keep a copy of the videos I buy?

Absolutely and I encourage you to do so.  You have access to the videos on my website for 3 months from the date of purchase.  However, for purchases after 24 February 2020, access has been extended to 6 months. During this time you can download and save copy of your video so that you can watch it again at any time in the future.

Q.  How long do I have to wait to receive your videos?

My videos are available to watch on my website within minutes of your purchase ... provided you are logged in using the same account you set up when you made your purchase. 

Q.  Can I arrange for you to send me a physical copy of your videos?

My videos are available as digital products only. I do not supply physical copies. Nothing is shipped.

Q.  Can I arrange one-to-one tuition with you either via Skype or in person?

One-to-one tuition and support is not included when you purchase any of my digital products. 

I do run two closed Facebook Groups:  Balloon Artworks Academy and Aqua Balloon How To.  I try to respond to reasonable questions posted in these groups and, when time is tight, priority is given to anyone who has purchased my videos.

Q.  How do I access the video series I purchased?

Q.  I cannot log in / have forgotten my password to my account.

Request a new password on the Log In page.  Click 'forgotten password'.

Q.  What if I don't download my video within 6 months of purchase?

I shall try to be as helpful as I can, however, I am under no obligation to provide you with a digital copy of any video you have purchased after the initial 6 month download period has lapsed (or 3 months if purchased before 24 February 2020). Should you choose not to download your own copy, you risk not having access to this video at some point in the future. 

I reserve the right to 'retire' tutorials and video series, so you should always ensure you download your own copy and save it securely.

Q.  Are you able to reply to enquiries in other languages?

I am able to respond to written enquiries in English, French, German and Spanish.

Q.  How do I buy one of your video series?

Simply click the orange 'Buy Here' button for the series you want to purchase. This will take you to the 'Sign Up' page where you will need to register for an account on my website. If you already have an account, click the 'Log In' option. Once you have created your account or logged in, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you can enter your payment details.

Q.  Which payment methods do you accept?

Simply click to buy the video or video series you want and you will be directed to a secure payment page where you will be able to pay either by Paypal or by card.  Please  note, we do not accept e-cheques.
